A great lesson for us all to learn when approaching these situations. Plaintiffs need to have a very solid strategy in place focusing on the most significant legal questions. When strategies are multi faceted and focus on things like verification etc, defendents have a good deal to defend with. It seems there is often this lingering "ghost in the machine" in the human mind of a moral factor when Plaintiffs are choosing the strategy. But this is an age old lesson as we've all learned, that the truest of the unbiased must be the plaintiff's Counsel and they must always prepare for the worst. Regardless, this has undoubtedly created a lot of progress for Case Law to study for future victims navigating these difficult situations with big tech companies.
