					<description><![CDATA[The decision seems clearly right to me.  The law does not require a signature, so the emoji just had to show assent - though it could have been a signature if intended to be, and it would have been reasonable to understand it as one if needed.

The course of dealings allowed the court to know that the parties knew the terms of the contract, even though not sent in full this time.]]></description>
