					<description><![CDATA[Why can&#039;t creating an impersonation account and inviting others to join be sufficient grounds for punishment? That alone is sufficient to lead to disruption, regardless of the posts of others. I also think that when you give login credentials you have a conspiracy-ish estoppel against you claiming that you are not responsible for the speech on the account. This is not the same as other UGC. They did not comment on his posts, they didn&#039;t add content to a general system that allows such content,  they posted as him, in his account, with his agreement. I see this as an easy non-230 case.]]></description>
