As one of the latter, I can picture the look of incredulity a senior executive would give me if I were to recommend foregoing the “fast-lane” approach in favor of a laborious, costly manual takedown notice process solely to preserve the right to file a &lt;i&gt;far&lt;/i&gt; more costly yet quixotic suit like this one.]]></description>
