					<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t see how the Plantiff can win this case.  The judge&#039;s ruling seems absurd to me.  For example, if a 30 year old guy meets an underage girl on a public sidewalk, grooms her, and eventually assaults her, does that mean the girl can sue the city for the existence of the public sidewalk?  Let&#039;s say the 30 year old guy meets an underage girl in a shopping mall and the guy grooms her and eventually assaults her, can the girl sue the owner of the shopping mall?  Omegle is just a way for strangers to meet, the same way strangers can meet on a public sidewalk or in a shopping mall.]]></description>
