The following assertion seems reasonable.

&lt;b&gt;If an Interactive Computer Service (ICS) offers a service that intrinsically provides common carriage, the ICS should obey common carriage law. &lt;/b&gt;

Because I filed under SCOTUS Rule 11 and motioned for expedited consideration, I consider grant of cert to be unlikely, but I hope my argument for grant is persuasive.
