The Q is how the ecosystem will respond to this bill. I spend 5,000 words explaining why this bill doesn’t appropriately BALANCE the various interests. Indeed, the bill only benefits some trademark owners who want online marketplaces shut down, so it would be great to get explanations why that “good thing” justifies all of the other terrible and devastating impacts the bill will produce.
