Its rather appalling how willing some judges are to go along with the plaintiff&#039;s requests on things like bond, joinder under Rule 19, pleading under Rule 8, and illegal seizure of assets under Rule 65.


There are doubtless a lot of counterfeiting bad actors on eBay / Amazon / etc., but these suits are also just blatantly stealing money from a LOT of foreign defendants without anything remotely resembling due process.]]></description>
