Amazon shutting down its third-party marketplace would make Amazon actually usable again and increase my trust in what I buy on their site.  That sounds really good.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Textualism certainly isn&#039;t a science, but it&#039;s far better than judges going down the path of presuming to decipher out what a legislature intended.  You only need to spend a little time in any legislature to realize that trying to figure out legislative intent is like trying to remove the pig nipples from a hot dog.]]></description>
