					<description><![CDATA[Other recommended case is out of Nevada, where the supreme court held that an online journalist (also just himself) qualified as news media, and therefore, is protected by the state&#039;s shield law.

Very similar case and issue of outdated statutory language, but with the opposite result at the highest level.
