If not, then Plotkin may have gotten what he was after. That’s the great thing about suing people who offend you: you don’t have to win in order to hurt them.

Also, I doubt most of the people “advocating for must-carry obligations by online publishers of third-party content, such as social media” are intelligent. Many of them strike me as idiots, although to be sure, some of them are politicos who probably know it’s B.S. but find it useful for riling up the rubes.
