					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m not a litigator and Evidence class in law school was a really, really, really long time ago now, so I have a silly question: As the web site owner, can you use the Wayback Machine or other third-party services as proof of the state of your own page on a given date, or would that not be admissible? I don&#039;t know if there&#039;s a similar service for mobile, but for desktop it&#039;s at least possible that pages are archived there.]]></description>
