					<description><![CDATA[I think Nunes is not so much trying to show what the law is, but what he wishes it would be: something to empower his in-group, and suppresses those outside that group. Liberal politics is historically based on rule of law (liberalism largely originates on the prinicple that the king is subject to the same rules as everyone else, or at least everyone else with property); for conservative politics the law (including the concept of the rule of law) just an instrument to be wielded in hierarchical dominance.]]></description>
