					<description><![CDATA[Yeah the author here is kind of silly.  Maybe this will allow him to better understand the Court and why it was *unanimous*.  The site owner makes a *lot* of money from his US market.  Even though its only 10%, its way more than 10% of his revenue.  ANd then when you factor in expenses, and even larger part of his *profit*. That is *why* he geotargets ads to the United States and uses brokers who do this.  Following from the Ninth Circuit, if you do things to &quot;target&quot; the forum from outside the forum and they are not insignificant, then you should expect to follow the laws of the forum you are targetting.  They primarily look to size of the market and doing something to explicitly commercially benefit from the forum.  Esentially, if you make a lot of money from US visitors, expect to follow our laws.  You don&#039;t like it?  OK, block your site from US visitors (which they will never do because they know about their US market, make a lot of money from their US market, and want to display the site here).]]></description>
