Why don’t these copyright trolls sue the website owners for running the torrent site? This is so confusing.

Ah, but a legal remedy exists for this wrong, it’s only the court’s procedure that is blocking Strike 3’s ability to obtain it. Fortunately, there are courts that permit pre-suit discovery by rule. Let’s hope Strike 3 finds them.
