					<description><![CDATA[Why should the law be such that it would protect a business model that you recognize is unprofitable without the ability to infringe other&#039;s rights with impunity?  It&#039;s a cop out to say go after the users, the users have no ability to satisfy a judgment, and they&#039;re not the ones who created the business or are reaping the bulk of the profits.  No, it&#039;s better to place the liability on Zazzle, placing an incentive to police this business in the same hands that have the resources and ability to do so.]]></description>
