Honestly, the error wasn’t Prof. Goldman’s fault — the ruling is SINGLE-SPACED which makes it SO much harder to read; just looking at the first page makes my head want to explode. This is why courts have rules that say you can’t file a 20 page, single-spaced pleading written in 3-point font. This judge should sanction himself for the egregious formatting of the ruling.
