Next time Mr. Goldman, take the time to understand a lawsuit before weighing in. Stick to blogging. The 9th Circuit court of appeals said, quote “When Congress passed section 230 it didn’t intend to prevent the enforcement of all laws online”. I put it together as a presentation so maybe you can learn a few things about how the law works.
