Oral arguments are this Friday (Feb 22, 2019) on motion to dismiss and motion for a preliminary injunction.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[The taxpayers are NOT footing the bill for this. Reisch held a campaign rally to pay her legal fees. It was challenged in court, and she sort of won. So some of her legal fees were paid thusly. She (unfortunately) won re-election, where she has gone on to introduce a bill allowing politicians to use their campaign funds to pay legal fees should they arise. Keep in mind that disgraced Missouri ex-Governor Greitens is also trying to use his campaign funds to pay his legal fees, so her bill could have big consequences.]]></description>
