					<description><![CDATA[I already posted this comment about a completely different case. But really, I couldn&#039;t say it any better. Once again, a perfect demonstration of the danger of coexisting brands one of which suddenly decides to expand its scope of operations. This becomes a godsend for lawyers who will be gladly recording hundreds of billable hours to untangle this combo of trademark law, implied contract law, and estoppel. Only, in this case, the lawyers need to deal with a verbal agreement and a &quot;Don&#039;t worry&quot; email. In my books, TWiT is not really trying to win this case. They are trying to become enough of a nuisance to Twitter to secure their own financial future.
