					<description><![CDATA[I see you  refer to this decision maker as &quot;the Court.&quot;  In actuality, the decision maker is Judge Katherine Forrest, who is infamous for making bad legal decisions.  She is a federal judge, so she has the job for life.  In-line links and embedding are free publicity.  They are educational.  They are Fair Use.  They are a lot of things, but they are not copyright infringement.  This bad decision certainly seems an argument that judges should not be allowed to hear cases involving the internet unless they have been certified as understanding how the internet works.]]></description>
