This is so wrong.

1. Model Mayhem is not a workplace, and this matter is not about employees and employers. Model Mayhem is simply a virtual platform that connects models and photographers, primarily freelance ones. This is a matter of defamation / conspiracy / IIED in general, not related to any workplace. If there was any wrongdoing it could equally happen without the model and photographer connecting through Model Mayhem.

2. The burden of proof to claim someone is a sexual predator should be on the public accuser. The accused cannot prove he is not a predator, there is no means to prove it. Also, if I can accuse you of anything publicly and you would have to prove I was lying, imagine the cost, hassle and backlog of cases that would come about. It would encourage malicious individuals to falsely accuse as there would be no burden on them to prove their accusations if tested in court.

Prove a negative... so have security cameras in all work areas and save them for how many decades?

If any of the security footage was leaked online (goo or bad) would this be another potential legal problem? I am sure going to Walmart would be public space but what about "Adult" places like Strip Clubs, Escort Services, Brothels, Social or Swinger Clubs.
I should read more of the Publicity/Privacy Rights section of the blog here.
