					<description><![CDATA[Well, I&#039;m not so sure you have this right. There is a guideline called circular 21 distributed by the copyright office. It addresses what the educational use can be and what it cannot be. In this case, the student was no longer a student and Flickr is a sharing app and not a storage medium which is obviously open to public viewing. Educational use does not apply outside the classroom. The school also used Reiner&#039;s image and the images of other photographers in violation of the guidelines setup by the copyright office. I think this needs further scrutiny.]]></description>
