Thank you, Eric Goldman. That is very helpful. I think we all have trouble being open to negative comments. But I probable learn more from someone who has the room to offer me honest critical feedback. Here is a link to a Google Plus post that I made prior to this permission: https://plus.google.com/+HillwebcreationsMinneapolisMarketing/posts/X6EZGVj3gqF. I will quickly make any corrections that you suggest. The real strength of your message comes from personally hearing you present and viewing the slides. You speak very powerfully and make the issues at stake extremely clear. Again, thank you!

Thank you for this historical review that explains the early roots of the premise that websites, mobile apps and intermediaries are not responsible for their third-party content or actions. Are the charts in your presentation available to share (with attribution, of course)? "No consequence" is a startling discussion. If web-marketers follow expeditious take-down (often not responsible for everything posted), it is good to hear of the safe harbor. I enjoyed your four assertions about reviews. I do believe that we have a stronger market because we have a place for consumers to post their honest opinion (reviews). For the buyer, It is a easy way to hear the voice in other consumers we don't know in our spheres. https://www.hillwebcreations.com/online-reviews-establish-business-credibility/ For the business owner, genuine positive reviews help established business credibility.
