Whether it&#039;s pulling a quote from the link and attaching it alongside the link, or summarizing a version of the contents therein, or entirely misrepresenting the guts of the content? I feel at least one would be &quot;republication&quot; (and I am not sure if republication is even actionable, without knowing the case law).]]></description>

RTBF = This has already been decided be the European Court THE OPPOSITE way against GOOG for linking to &quot;defamatory&quot; material. This was appealed and affirmed and GOOG may soon be fined substantially when violating this ruling.
