					<description><![CDATA[Something has to be done to deal with this Topix.com plague besides trying to work through the courts. Effected towns and counties need to establish local monitors, a community Topix review board, real time contact help phone numbers and email address so victims can network to identify offenders and request help and support.We need local law inforcement official volunteers. Sometimes networking can stop the cyber bullying and possible protect someone in real danger. I am a small town Town Supervisor who has been the victim of cyber bullying for two years. We have an organization in the works dedicated to providing real time guidance to help communities deal with this huge problem.Networking, monitors, social worker referrals, law enforcement envolvement, email and contact phone numbers for real time victim help are Key. Individuals, marriages, businesses, towns and town governments are taking down by online anonymus cyber bullying. This was not what our forfathers envisioned by freedom of speech.......]]></description>
