					<description><![CDATA[Great example of how a good lawyer (i.e., one that would have advised Granite State not to pursue such obviously ill-advised litigation) is worth every penny.  I&#039;ve seen other small businesses file IP litigation and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars before just begging to drop the case so as to stop the uncontrolled legal fee bleeding and get a counter-claim dismissed.  In one case, the original plaintiff was so desperate to stop the madness that he actually had to pay a substantial settlement on the counter-claim that almost certainly would not have been brought had he not poked the bear in the first place.]]></description>
