					<description><![CDATA[I guess if one clicks a check-box and AGREEs to a linked contract, the ability to challenge the agreement&#039;s clear terms is lost.  I expect there will be a need to better authenticate agreements. There must be a limit to this in keeping with the fine-print tendency.
