					<description><![CDATA[I suspect an amicus brief by top-ten free speech lawyers will be filed in this controversy in an effort to have NC&#039;s Supreme Court grant cert.  I wonder if there&#039;s a chance since all three judges, Tyson, Stroud, and Geer, concurred.  Cert in such a case is very rare.  I hope this case goes to the US Supreme Court.  NC&#039;s cyberbullying law is a glaring threat to the First Amendment, and the appellate court used a bit of chicanery to &quot;waive&quot; the defendant&#039;s overbreadth argument.

and agree with Justice Sandra Day O&#039;Connor that elections for judges give us political hacks -- like these three -- who are toxic to the Bill of Rights.]]></description>
