Europe will not allow unauthenticated reception of obscene, indecent, or profane content by 2016. 

Falsifying your geographically locatable IP address will be criminal in the U.S. after the coming FCC rule change to protect compliance with age assertion requirements and allow untraceable communications. The unhappy folks in Brussels may not want to self-identify as pornography addicts for too long.]]></description>
