The moral right to control "original artistic communications for a time" was first protected in England for 53 years before the moral right to control "original artistic communications for a time" was authorized in 1787 by the United States Constitution though proudly rejected by a career American lawyer, Benjamin Huntington, and elementary text book writer, Noah Webster, in order to create a new authoritative American dictionary and quickly avert attention from a lawyer's conscientious objection to the Revolutionary War despite signing the Declaration of Independence a short three years earlier. Wars are simply failures to honorably litigate serious disputes; - after all.
The fundamental human right to protect personal honor was disparaged first three years later instead of being protected by Congress with a "limited-time" printing monopoly ritual or rite in the IP backwards America. This legal rite or regime remains the solid foundation for the corporate take-over of the United States by America over 224 years later. The missing fundamental human right was left protected only vicariously by the 1790 copy[rite] regime when combined with the torts of liable, slander, and defamation.
In America, the fundamental human right to control free speech is not protected as well as in England or Europe or even as well as the fundamental human right to control free speech was authorized for protection in 1787.
