					<description><![CDATA[Big congrats, but more importantly a big THANK YOU both to Eric and Venkat.   I think one of the nicest things about this site (which I have been following for almost as long as you have been writing it) is that it seems almost purely pedagogical.  Yes, there is some snark, but for the most part I think this page exists not for purposes of expression, but rather for purposes of education.  That&#039;s rare these days, and it makes this site very special.   Many topics addressed here are, quite frankly, difficult, obscure and unfamiliar for journeymen lawyers out there.  As I read each post, my sense is that the author isn&#039;t necessarily trying to blast anyone or condemn anyone or applaud anyone -- the goal is to share information that may be useful and educational.   It honestly doesn&#039;t matter which side of the battle you&#039;re on -- both sides win when the lawyers have a deep and well-formed understanding of the law, and I think a lot of the posts here contribute significantly to that goal.]]></description>
