It is therefore best not to lie and say you were hurt at work if you were actually hurt on a fishing trip. Courts are designed to  rule honorably. 

If you are a generally dishonorable person or corporation, lawyers have shown they can and will help make sure your dishonor is not evident to the courts. The fundamental human right to control original fixed speech (copyright) is not yet recognized in the United States.
