					<description><![CDATA[This case did not attack the proper party as was obvious.  The proper defendant would have been any search data aggregator. Defamation is as much of a legal fiction as 17 USC has been since 1790 when misspelled by America and thereby Americanizing England&#039;s human right to protect honour by banning unauthorized copies of art into  America&#039;s Copy[rite] Act of 1790.  The legal fiction of America&#039;s copy[rite] is described in a brief before the Eighth circuit Court today. I argue America&#039;s courts are a venue that has always been a &lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;legal fiction&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; approximating justice found better in Europe today.  “GRAND CHAMBER” C-131/12*
