GOOG also laughs at Arkansas Computer Fraud laws or Ark. CODE Ann. 5-41-103. The justice department has displayed utter incompetence for the last few years and I refuse to pursue these criminal actions further in immoral US SCOTUS after Citizen United and McCutcheon. Will be attending Honorable Antonin Scalia’s US Marshal Museum lecture in Ft Smith later today, SILENTLY. Having said this; The aggregated and unidentified tracking of the activity of minors or adults does not have and never had any resemblance to a valid privacy claim.

The first step of the only honorable resolution regarding these VPPA claims has occurred. I agree that GOOG and Viacom did nothing wrong. The defendants should pursue their legal fees for defending against this frivolous prosecution and seek Rule 11 sanctions as well.
