I do not understand the use of the term “nigga” in the video. Daniel Pantaleo, who killed Eric Gardner, appeared to be a “police nigga” or generally offensive bully before committing manslaughter. Does Daniel Pantaleo become a “police nigga” ONLY after not then being criminally charged?

Darren Wilson killed a violent attacking “Brown nigga” while protecting his own life and demonstrating improper .40″ round placement?
Daniel Pantaleo WAS OBVIOUSLY a “police nigga” in the murder video and is also now a criminal awaiting punishment.

The fundamental First Amendment human right protection for freedom of expression exempts ONLY threats and per se illegal speech. I thought the video was an annoying abuse of the American language and was difficult to understand. The video was basically an offensive auditory assault and is useful only for ear torture. The video did not seem to be a threat to me because threats are not difficult to recognize BY LEGAL DEFINITION America’s courts sometimes follow like herein.
