GOOG bypassing the authentication otherwise required by artist for display of their self-declared indecent art is the EXACT type criminal act intended for utterly shredding 230 protection from 18 U.S.C. §2511 for which 18 U.S.C. §2520 allows punitive damages.

I have a pending Motion for Summary Judgment before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in the form of a Motion to Proceed on Appeal IFP. If anyone besides GOOG broke this law it would be punished.
