Imagine a person writes a poor review of his doctor, the doctor reads it, comes to a conclusion about who wrote it and then tells the person, &quot;find another doctor.&quot; Maybe that&#039;s just life but I know of some small communities where there might only be one or two doctors or for that matter one or two plumbers, which at times can seem more important than doctors. 

I like the idea behind the law but I fear its only real impact will be in those situations where there is a lot of consumer choice. When there is little consumer choice, I suspect that consumers will still be inhibited from expressing their opinions, for other reasons.]]></description>
