Although the state licenses at 4 levels (LBSW, LMSW,CSWA, & LCSW). Apparently state employed "social workers" are exempt. I'm curious about this individuals education: she indicates that she has a PhD. In what? Dr. Shepherd is not presently nor has ever been a social worker licensed in Oregon.

While Jennifer should not have posted her frustrations on Facebook, I think she still makes valid claims. How is it that so many welfare recipients have the 40-inch flat screen TVs? and if somebody physically (or even emotionally) abuses a child, they should burn in hell. So let's take the focus off Jennifer for a moment, and examine just exactly what is the DHS doing about these abuses?!

This is where anonymity can serve an important function - say what needs to be said without risking one's reputation or job.

And speaking of, why don't you allow anonymous comments? As a lawyer, I carefully pick and choose when to use my real name. I'm very surprised you don't realize and respect that.
