For instance, it only applies to images or videos taken by the perpetrator. Which is in a way not protecting enough cases, as 80% of the material involved in revenge Porn are self-shots. The law is not covering any hacking action too. Therefore if a bad-ass nerd mandated by your ex obtains some content by hacking your shit and then distributes it to the world, the law doesn’t apply. Oh and by the way, revenge Porn websites are not covered by this law. […]
